MCCLELLANVILLE, S.C. — A fatal shooting in the Buck Hall area left one person dead on Saturday night, according to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
Response and Investigation
Deputies were called to the 8600 block of North Highway 17 shortly after 10 p.m. on May 16. Upon arrival, they found a person suffering from gunshot wounds, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The county coroner has not yet released the victim’s identity.
A suspect was located and taken into custody. Authorities have not provided details about the suspect’s name or the charges at this time.
