Mommy isn't coming back: Expectant mom heading home from In-N-Out after feeding her pregnant desire is killed by a drunk Lexus driver, leaving behind her 4-year-old kid, police say.

Bianca Esquivel, a 24-year-old pregnant woman expecting her second child, was killed in a DUI crash in Anaheim, California, on Sunday around 12:10 a.m. while heading home from In-N-Out Burger with her boyfriend Oscar. Daniel Ramos, 24, from Riverside, allegedly ran a red light in his Lexus sedan at North Anaheim Boulevard and the 91 Freeway frontage road, slamming into their Toyota with two passengers aboard.

Crash Aftermath

Oscar, hospitalized with a broken arm requiring surgery, described them laughing moments before Bianca screamed as the impact occurred; she was trapped and pronounced dead at the scene. Her sister Viri rushed there after Bianca’s phone SOS feature alerted her exact location as emergency contact, leaving their 4-year-old son behind who now asks for his mother.

Charges and Family Impact

Ramos faces felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter charges, with additional ones possible due to Bianca’s three-month pregnancy. A GoFundMe supports funeral costs and Oscar’s care, describing her as a devoted mother pursuing accounting studies.
