Charleston, South Carolina – A slow-moving low pressure system is passing offshore this evening, bringing us more dreary weather as the weekend comes to a close.
Temperatures tonight will remain near 60 degrees, with sporadic showers and breezy weather. Lingering showers will fade overnight as the approaching low pressure system moves further up the coast.
Conditions begin to improve as we approach the day tomorrow! An early morning shower is possible on Monday, but the most of us should dry up fast. Clouds will clear by the afternoon, with a return to sunlight through the evening. Temperatures begin to rise in the mid to upper 70s on Monday and continue throughout the week. A gentle breeze persists on Monday, with winds out of the northwest at 10-25 mph, particularly along the shore.
As the sun returns this week, temperatures rise to 75 to 80 degrees, with morning lows in the 50s and 60s.
