Rock Hill police have arrested 34-year-old Sean Xavier Hubbard of Clover, S.C., after a shooting that left a 19-year-old woman dead on Saturday night.
Incident Details
Officers responded around 11 p.m. to the 700 block of Mount Gallant Road following reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they found the young woman with a gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Arrest and Charges
Hubbard was identified as the suspect, located, and arrested. He faces charges of murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.
Previous Offenses
Police also issued Hubbard an arrest warrant for a separate incident involving discharging a firearm into the same residence. No one was home during that previous shooting.
Court Information
Hubbard is scheduled to have his first court appearance on Monday.
