A woman was arrested after her husband was found critically injured following a stabbing at a campground in Washington state.

Man Found with Multiple Stab Wounds

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded Saturday night to a 911 call from a woman camping in an RV at Ranger Creek Campground near Crystal Mountain.

The woman reportedly told dispatchers she stabbed her husband after he “came after her.” Authorities said the remote location delayed emergency crews by more than 30 minutes.

A 48-year-old man was found suffering from multiple stab wounds and was airlifted to a hospital in serious condition.

Woman Charged

Investigators said the argument allegedly started after the man threw kittens out of the trailer. Detectives claim the woman then grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed him.

The woman was arrested and booked on a charge of first-degree domestic violence assault. The investigation remains ongoing.
