A Philadelphia mother is mourning the loss of her second son after another deadly shooting nearly four years after her first son was killed.
Man Fatally Shot At Philadelphia Bar
According to the Philadelphia Police Department, 38-year-old Kenneth Singleton was shot and killed at a bar in Philadelphia on May 4.
Reports said the shooting happened during a pool tournament, and shell casings were found near a pool table.
Police have not announced a motive or made any arrests in the case.
Family Already Suffered Previous Tragedy
Singleton’s death came just days before the fourth anniversary of the fatal shooting of his brother, Brandon Dixon, who was killed on May 9, 2022.
Authorities previously said Brandon, a former basketball player and youth coach, was chased and shot at a gas station.
Police later arrested a suspect in Brandon’s killing in 2024.
Mother Speaks About Grief
Their mother, Lisa Dixon, spoke publicly about losing both sons.
She said she does not want other families to experience the pain she is going through and described the loss as heartbreaking.
Kenneth Singleton, known as “Scooter,” leaves behind a young daughter.
Police are offering a reward for information leading to an arrest in Singleton’s shooting.
