46-year-old Kirk Johnson has been charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
According to reports, Johnson was driving a Chevrolet Silverado when it collided with a Subaru SUV carrying two women.

One of the passengers, Kimberly Clark, aged 56, was found unconscious at the scene and later declared dead.
