What Happened in the Case
According to Pennsylvania State Police, 26-year-old Ryan Hosso is believed to have shot and killed his wife, Madeline Spatafore, before taking his own life.
The couple had been married for less than two years.

Police said the incident came to light early Tuesday morning when Hosso’s parents contacted authorities. They reported that their son had called them and confessed to killing his wife, while also threatening to harm himself.
