North Charleston’s St. Paddy’s Day Block Party and Parade—Lowcountry’s largest—returns Saturday, March 14, 2026, from noon to 5 p.m. on East Montague Avenue (Virginia to Jenkins Aves) in Olde Village. Free family fun with parade, music, food, vendors, and kids’ zone.

Parade Details

Kicks off at noon from Park Place East, rolls down East Montague through the party to Virginia Ave. Features Mayor Reggie Burgess, Charleston Pipe Band, Irish dance academies, Gaelic Association, roller derby, and more.

Music Lineup

  • Madra Rua Irish Pub Patio: Justin Wideman (12-3 p.m.), Rob Corbett (5-8 p.m.).
  • DIG in the Park Bar: Live DJ.
  • EVO Pizzeria Street: Max Besta w/ Ectomorphs (12:30-1:15), JP & Moonshine Boys (1:30-2:15), Pop/Rock/Cult (2:30-3:15), Mr. Fahrenheit Queen tribute (3:30-5 p.m.).
  • Commonhouse Aleworks: Joe Sanguedolce (1-4 p.m.), David Higgins (5-8 p.m.).

Logistics

Kids’ zone on O’Hear Ave (inflatables, face painting). Food from Park Circle spots. Limited parking—rideshare/carpool urged; respect neighborhoods. Disabled spots at Virginia/Empire. Road closures: East Montague (Virginia-Jenkins) from 9 a.m.-7 p.m.; parade stretch 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. No overnight parking Fri.
