Summerville, South Carolina – Police in Summerville are investigating an attempted armed robbery that occurred Thursday evening.
Capt. Chris Hirsch of the Summerville Police Department said that the incident occurred in the Walmart parking lot off N. Main Street.
There were no reported injuries, and no arrests had been made.
The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office dispatched a helicopter to help locate the suspects.
An investigation is ongoing.
