The Dorchester County Water and Sewer Department has launched a new utility billing system and online payment portal to make paying bills easier for customers.

Customers can create accounts and manage their water and sewer bills through the new Citizen Engagement Utility Billing website.
Other Payment Options
Residents can still pay by mail using the return envelope included with each monthly bill, or drop payments in the after-hours drop box located at the front door of the Water and Sewer Building at 235 Deming Way, Summerville, SC 29483.
The new system aims to provide a more user-friendly and reliable experience for all utility customers.
