A serious and confusing incident in Charlotte has left two people critically injured after reports of both a shooting and a vehicle striking a pedestrian at a busy shopping centre.
What Happened
According to emergency responders, the incident took place Monday afternoon near Harris Houston Road and University City Boulevard in the University City area.
Officials reported:

- A pedestrian was also struck by a vehicle
