YORK COUNTY, S.C. — A crash involving a suspected reckless driver was reported Monday morning in York County, prompting a response from deputies.
According to the York County Sheriff’s Office, the collision occurred around 10:25 a.m. near Pursley Dairy Farm Road along Old York Highway (S.C. 161).
Officials said a driver suspected of reckless driving allegedly struck another vehicle near West Mount Gallant Road before later crashing in the Pursley Dairy Farm Road area. Deputies arrived at the scene shortly after the incident was reported.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP) was en route to assist with the investigation, authorities said.
