Neighbors reported a loud boom from a metal outbuilding used as living quarters around 7:15 a.m., arriving to find it fully engulfed in flames. Fire crews controlled the blaze before discovering the victims’ bodies inside, both pronounced dead at the scene.

One victim was identified as 41-year-old Phillip Eulan Raines; the second awaits forensic identification. The structure lacked proper electrical wiring and relied on an extension cord from a neighboring home.
