Solomon Garcia, a 27-year-old from East Rockingham, North Carolina, faces multiple misdemeanor charges stemming from an incident on January 17, 2026. He allegedly drove a vehicle into two occupied cars—a 2019 Nissan Sentra and a 2015 Honda Accord—while also damaging a woman’s house and another’s fence. Following a low-speed chase at 30 mph in a 35 mph zone, he fled on foot from deputies and resisted arrest.

Garcia was hit with 11 misdemeanor counts, including:
