The Grinch recently visited MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital in Charleston, S.C., spreading holiday cheer to pediatric patients before his big musical show at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. Over recent weeks, he has appeared at various Lowcountry events, including the Charleston Holiday Parade, the city’s tree lighting, and the Holiday Festival of Lights, even making a playful cameo on News 2.
During his hospital visit, The Grinch read the classic story How the Grinch Stole Christmas! to the children, joined in holiday crafts, and shared joyful moments with kids and their families. He reminded everyone that Christmas is about cherishing time with loved ones and encouraged donations of toys or funds to the hospital to bring more joy to children.
The musical adaptation of Dr. Seuss’ How The Grinch Stole Christmas! is running December 9–14 at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center, with tickets available via Ticketmaster or the box office.
