Charleston, South Carolina – The Charleston Police Department is asking for your assistance in locating a man who went missing on Halloween.
Officers say Owen Tillman Kenney, 19, was last seen by friends around King Street and Burns Lanes about 2 a.m. on Friday.
Kenney stands six feet, one inch tall and weighs 155 pounds. He was last spotted sporting a Boston Celtics jersey.
