    • Conspiracy
    • Possession of a weapon during a violent crime
    • Discharging a firearm within city limits
  • Travis Godbolt, also 31, was already being held at the Marion County Detention Center on unrelated charges. He now faces charges of:

    • Conspiracy

Foxworth and Godbolt are both being held without bond on their murder charges.

Earlier Arrest and Discovery of the Body

The investigation into Hutchinson’s death began after he was reported missing on January 12. His body was later found inside a trash can at an abandoned home on Pearl Street in Marion. Police had previously arrested Jaida Braddy, who was charged with accessory after the fact to a felony. Braddy reportedly admitted to pushing the trash can with Hutchinson’s body inside to the location where it was found.

Ongoing Investigation

Police have not yet released specific details about the roles of Foxworth and Godbolt in Hutchinson’s death. The case is still under investigation, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. Those with tips are encouraged to contact the Marion Police Department at 843-423-8616.
