Two people were arrested in Robeson County, South Carolina, following a drug investigation that led to multiple felony charges.
Arrests and Charges
On Wednesday, deputies from the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Division and SWAT executed a search warrant on the 100 block of Green Acres Road in Pembroke.
Arrested were:
- Anthony J. Difranco, 39 – trafficking in fentanyl, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, cockfighting, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
- Lauren L. Deese, 38 – trafficking in fentanyl, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine, cockfighting, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Evidence Seized
Deputies reported finding cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana, a firearm, and cash at the property.
Detention and Bonds
- Difranco is held at the Robeson County Detention Center with a $1,000,000 secured bond.
- Deese is also held at the RCDC with a $500,000 secured bond.
