According to police reports, 28-year-old Chad Norton confronted another driver on April 23. The argument reportedly began because Norton believed the other driver did not use a turn signal.
While driving side by side, Norton allegedly shouted angrily and challenged the driver. The situation escalated when both men agreed to pull over near an intersection and confront each other directly.

After stopping their vehicles, the two men got out and began fighting. Reports say the fight lasted only a few seconds, with both exchanging punches.
During this short but intense altercation, the victim did not realise he had been seriously injured. It was only after returning to his car that he noticed he had been stabbed.
