Doorbell video appears to show the suspect in the killing of a 19-year-old girl in Rock Hill firing a shotgun through the front door of a home, authorities say.
Initial Shooting
Earlier on Saturday, May 16, no one was injured when 34-year-old Sean Hubbard allegedly fired into a house on Mount Gallant Road near the U.S. 21 Bypass. Investigators have not yet released details about what led to this first shooting.
Fatal Shooting
Hubbard later returned and allegedly shot 19-year-old Camariya Tidwell outside the same home. Police were called around 11 p.m., and Tidwell was found with a gunshot wound. She later died from her injuries.
Arrest and Charges
Hubbard was arrested and charged with murder in connection with Tidwell’s death, as well as possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime. The circumstances leading up to both shootings are still under investigation.
