The 29th Annual Italian Festival is returning to St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Fort Mill this weekend.
The event will take place May 14-16 and will feature Italian food, desserts, games, and family activities for the community.
Volunteers Needed for Festival
Festival organizers said volunteers are still needed before, during, and after the event to help everything run smoothly.
Volunteer opportunities include:
- Baking homemade cookies
- Preparing lasagna
- Festival setup and cleanup
- Food service and kitchen support
- Fun Zone assistance
- Auction and information booth help
- Ticket taking
Community Event Brings Food and Family Fun
Organizers said the festival has become a longtime tradition in the Fort Mill area, bringing together families, volunteers, and local residents each year.
Homemade Italian dishes such as lasagna and baked desserts are expected to be major highlights of the event.
Additional volunteers are also needed for post-festival cleanup on Sunday, May 17.
