The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a shooting that left a man injured Thursday night.
Incident Details
At approximately 9:50 p.m. on Thursday, deputies responded to a report of shots fired in the 2800 block of Broad River Road. Upon arrival, officers found a male victim with a gunshot wound to his lower body. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived on the scene and transported the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment.
