Alishon Torres (18), a Tennessee woman, faces first-degree murder charges after allegedly gunning down 58-year-old Noe Santillan Rincon 14 times with two firearms over a claim from a 5-year-old relative that he inappropriately touched her.

The Confrontation

  • Around 1 a.m. on February 26, 2026, Rincon (staying with Torres’ mother) was seen getting milk and rice for the kids.
  • Torres spotted him walking on Willowview Avenue in Memphis, borrowed his phone, then confronted him about the alleged incident from 3-4 weeks prior.
  • She shot him multiple times, including a head wound; a patrolling officer found his body at 2 a.m.

Investigation and Confession

  • Torres admitted to police she shot him due to the child’s allegation.
  • Arrested Friday; during booking, a ghost-gun .40-cal. Beretta (one of the weapons) fell from her purse. She said she used/sold the other gun.
  • She confessed to shooting him inside a van, then repainting and ditching it at an apartment complex (tampering evidence charge).

Torres was arraigned Monday in Shelby County Jail. Bond hearing Wednesday (March 11); next court date March 16. While outrage over child abuse claims is understandable, vigilante “justice” is illegal—authorities handle investigations. Her youth and the allegation add complexity.
