Angelina Minor, 29, from Portland, Oregon, remains at large after violating her supervised release following a guilty plea to manslaughter in the March 2024 death of her 4-year-old son, Kingston R. Coston. A felony arrest warrant was issued on December 31, 2025, by Multnomah County authorities, with her last known address in North Portland. As of early January 2026, no reports indicate she has been apprehended.​

Crash Details

Minor drove a Hyundai Elantra intoxicated and speeding, initially hitting a Scion xB before fleeing, crossing the median, and crashing head-on into a Tesla Model S. Bystanders performed CPR on severely injured Kingston, who died despite efforts; others, including Minor’s 3-year-old daughter and passengers, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Her blood alcohol level exceeded four times the legal limit.​

She pleaded guilty in September 2025 to manslaughter and 14 other charges, with sentencing delayed to early 2026 due to pregnancy—status of the pregnancy or birth remains unclear. Prosecutors urge calling 911 if sighted, without approaching her.​
