Deputies responded to reports of gunfire near a bus with about 40 team members aboard, who heard two shots. A male teen was found shot in the lot by coaches and rushed to surgery, later reported in critical but stable condition by family. An adult male was discovered nearby with a self-inflicted gunshot wound and pronounced dead at the scene.
