North Charleston, South Carolina – North Charleston police are investigating a Wednesday afternoon incident on Rivers Avenue.
According to the North Charleston Police Department, officers responded to a strip mall off Rivers Ave. around 2:00 p.m. after receiving reports of shots being fired.
When they arrived, they discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was sent to a neighboring hospital for treatment.
There have been no arrests in connection with the incident thus yet. An investigation is ongoing.
