The North Charleston Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing woman, Alicia Franklynn Crandall, who was last seen today in the Rivers Avenue area near Target.
Description of Missing Person
Alicia Crandall, 23, is described as a woman standing 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and weighing approximately 100 pounds. She has brown/dirty blonde hair, brown eyes, and a light complexion.
