A North Charleston man was arrested following a fatal two-vehicle crash along South Aviation Avenue.
Crash Details
Police were dispatched at 10:20 p.m. Thursday to a crash between Midland Park Road and Aviation Avenue. One vehicle overturned, and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Arrest and Charges
The driver of the other vehicle, 26-year-old Andres Gomez Perez of North Charleston, was arrested. He was charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and taken to the Al Canon Detention Center. Law enforcement said additional charges may be filed following the investigation.
