Dayton Milligan, a 22-year-old Milwaukee driver with a prior conviction for a fatal 2020 hit-and-run, faces decades in prison for allegedly racing at over 100 mph in a 35 mph zone, causing a deadly crash. The incident killed 34-year-old EMT Meng Kue on January 15, 2026, at North 76th Street and West Glendale Avenue.
