The Isle of Palms Holiday Street Festival and tree lighting ceremony occurs Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Front Beach, featuring arts and crafts, food vendors, children’s activities, live music by Haley Mae Campbell & High 5, Santa Claus visits from 4-6 p.m., and the tree lighting at 5:30 p.m.—rain or shine.​
Road Closures and Parking
No parking is allowed on either side of Ocean Boulevard between Pavilion Drive and 10th Avenue starting at midnight Saturday, with the road fully closed to traffic from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. Officers will direct traffic and pedestrians at control points; free parking is available at the municipal lot at 1174 Pavilion Drive. Roads and cleared items reopen by 10 p.m. Saturday.​
Event Highlights
