North Charleston, South Carolina – The North Charleston Police Department will host a community prayer on Monday as part of its “Unity in the Community” event.
Unity in the Community offered a weekend of fellowship, music, and community outreach, culminating with a prayer at North Charleston City Hall at 11 a.m.
According to police, the purpose of this gathering is to continue working with community members to prevent violence in the city.
