WARE SHOALS, South Carolina – The town of Ware Shoals has issued a boil water alert for certain neighborhoods.
The announcement came after a water pipe broke early Saturday morning.
The Mill Hill neighborhood, which comprises Cedar Street, Camak Avenue, Honea Path Street, Circle Street, Dairy Street, and Walnut Street, is now the sole area affected.
The Boil Water Advisory is scheduled to persist for the next 48 hours while repairs are completed. Residents may also experience reduced water pressure during this time period.
