James Tillman Bradley III, 33, has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a toddler in Georgetown County. Bradley faces charges of unlawfully placing a child at risk of harm and willfully abandoning a child.
Additional Charges in the Case
Bradley is the second person charged in the toddler’s death. Deanna Hilliard, 29, was previously charged with unlawful conduct toward a child resulting in death.
Bradley has been booked into the Georgetown County Detention Center, and the investigation is ongoing.
