A 95-room hotel in Summerville, South Carolina, has been sold for $12.9 million in a recently closed deal handled by Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate investment firm. The Avid Hotel Summerville, built in 2021, is located directly off Interstate 26 at 301 Holiday Drive, just 2.3 miles from downtown Summerville and 23 miles from downtown Charleston.
