Two people were found dead inside a home on Greenhill Road on James Island on Thursday evening, prompting an investigation by the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office.
Two Found Dead Inside Home
According to sheriff’s spokesman Dean Stephens, a family member entered the home and discovered the two individuals deceased. Deputies responded to the scene shortly afterward.
Investigation Underway
The cause of death has not yet been determined. Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the deaths.

The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has not released the identities of the individuals.
