What the f— did you say?': Tesla driver attacked adolescent girl practicing parallel parking with her mother because she told him to'slow down'

A man with a history of road rage violence has been sentenced to seven years in prison for attacking a mother and daughter in Hawaii.

Conviction and Sentence

Nathaniel Radimak, 39, pleaded no contest to unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and two counts of third-degree assault. He was sentenced to seven years in prison and received credit for about a year already served.

Incident Details

The attack occurred on May 7, 2025, on Halekauwila Street in Honolulu. A mother and her teenage daughter were parallel parking when a Tesla driven by Radimak sped past, nearly hitting them. The daughter yelled at the driver to slow down, prompting Radimak to make a U-turn and confront them.

Surveillance footage showed Radimak lunging at the vehicle and punching the daughter in the face. The mother intervened, throwing her iced coffee at Radimak, who then struck her with a punch, causing a gash on her head. Both mother and daughter, along with the younger woman’s baby, were unharmed otherwise.

Previous Criminal History

Radimak was previously notorious in California for road rage incidents, including attacks involving a Tesla and a metal pipe. He was sentenced to five years in prison in 2023 but was paroled after serving less than one year. After moving to Hawaii, he reportedly threatened another woman at a gym before the Halekauwila Street attack.

Statement in Court

During sentencing, Radimak admitted to making poor choices and expressed remorse. “This was not on the agenda that day, like I said, I regret it,” he said. “I take accountability. I just feel bad about it.”
