A Nevada man allegedly shot and killed his ex-wife and her new husband inside a Las Vegas grocery store following an ongoing custody dispute, police said.

Shooting Inside Las Vegas Grocery Store

Authorities identified the suspect as 43-year-old Alejandro Estrada. The victims were Amanda Frias Rosas and her husband, Victor Frias Rosas.

Witnesses said Estrada walked calmly through the Smith’s grocery store before opening fire. Shoppers heard several gunshots, and bystanders later tackled him outside the store before police arrived.

Police said Estrada was carrying multiple weapons.

Custody Dispute Linked to Case

Investigators believe the shooting was connected to custody issues between Estrada and Amanda. The couple reportedly shared joint legal custody of their 12-year-old son.

Amanda had previously posted messages on Facebook about “hate” and a “vendetta” related to the custody dispute.

Victims Were Shopping for Son’s Birthday

A co-worker revealed the couple had been shopping for their son’s birthday and had a birthday cake in their cart when the shooting happened.

Charges Against Suspect

Estrada now faces multiple charges, including two counts of open murder, firearm offences, burglary with a deadly weapon, and aggravated stalking.
