Coroner Mark Bowen confirmed that his office responded to a call regarding a possible drowning at a residence on the 1500 block of Brown Road. The child, identified as Maddox Acevedo, was reportedly pulled from a swimming pool by family members.
Cause of Death and Investigation
Maddox Acevedo was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:13 p.m. on Saturday. An autopsy has been scheduled to determine the exact cause of death.
