A reality TV personality was detained in the Low Country over the weekend.

Grace Lilly, a 27-year-old cast member of Bravo’s “Southern Hospitality,” was arrested in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, on December 28, 2025, for second-degree harassment on an active warrant. Police pulled her over for an illegal lane change at a Circle K gas station around 11 p.m., where they found a container of unidentified pills labeled “Happy Pills” in her purse, including 12 white circular pills marked “P” and half a blue oblong pill. She claimed the pills were birth control and Xanax but lacked packaging or prescription proof; no charges have been filed related to them pending analysis.

Arrest Details

The harassment warrant stemmed from complaints by her ex-boyfriend, who accused Lilly of two years of stalking over a cat they acquired together in late 2022. He reported her repeated attempts to contact him (211 calls since July 2023), enter his apartment, steal the cat after he won ownership in court, and interfere in his new relationships, leading to a restraining order on November 4, 2025. Lilly was booked at Al Cannon Detention Center in North Charleston and released the next day.

Background and Prior Record

Lilly starred on “Southern Hospitality,” a “Southern Charm” spin-off following staff at Leva Bonaparte’s Charleston venues, but announced her exit in January 2025 for personal growth. Jail records note a prior 2016 arrest for manufacturing/distributing crack and marijuana possession, dismissed in 2017. Just before the stop, she posted on social media about attending a movie.
