Roads and parking are affected by the Isle of Palms holiday festival from tonight through Saturday

The Isle of Palms hosts its annual Holiday Street Festival and tree lighting on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 2 to 7 p.m. at Front Beach along Ocean Boulevard, featuring arts and crafts, food vendors, children’s activities, live entertainment by Haley Mae Campbell & High 5, Santa Claus, local shopping, and restaurants.

Road and Parking Impacts

Parking is prohibited on both sides of Ocean Boulevard between Pavilion Drive and 10th Avenue starting midnight Friday. The stretch closes to vehicle traffic at 6 a.m. Saturday, with full reopening by 10 p.m.; officers will direct traffic and pedestrians.

Parking and Weather Notes

Free parking is available at the municipal lot at 1174 Pavilion Drive. Due to possible inclement weather, entertainment may shift indoors to the Windjammer, while Santa photos, rides, and attractions proceed with some adjustments.
