Jingle Bell Market concludes with over 4,000 guests at the Florence Center

Florence, South Carolina — The Jingle Bell Market, one of the Pee Dee’s greatest holiday shopping events, has ended.

The market, held at the Florence Center, attracted over 4,000 visitors and included dozens of vendors selling everything from clothing and ornaments to seasonal delicacies and handcrafted holiday presents.

It began on Thursday with an exclusive preview party before the market officially opened to the public on Friday.

Brittany Granger, marketing manager, stated that this is the Florence Center’s eighth year hosting the event.

“You’ll miss some amazing vendors and, of course, a chance to be in our silent auction to benefit the Pee Dee Coalition,” Granger said. “We have some great stuff this year, so you missed some good stuff.”

The Pee Dee Coalition sold a range of products, including children’s toys and books, with all earnings going toward their programs and services.

Furthermore, the market supports vendors by driving significant growth in small firms.

“We started in a little 10 by 20 booth, and now we’ve got 7 spots here,” Marley Morris, owner of Cashlyn’s Boutique, said. “We have a 32-foot camper that we have totally transformed.”

Morris said that her business now has facilities in Georgetown and Manning, and continues to see growth, year after year.

“I think it’s great, I always see an increase in people following us on Instagram and Facebook and all the good things and we have a lot of returning customers and that’s what makes us want to come back every single year because we get to see those customers every year and just cater to everything they need for the holidays,” Morris said.

This year’s new feature is a children’s section, equipped with games and movies to keep kids entertained while parents shop.
