BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities are investigating a possible drowning on Lake Moultrie in Berkeley County after an individual jumped into the water from a boat on Sunday afternoon and did not resurface.
Officers from the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR) responded to the scene. Despite efforts to locate the individual, they were eventually pulled from the water unresponsive.
