Law enforcement agencies in South Carolina arrested multiple wanted suspects during coordinated warrant sweeps.
Operation Details
Deputies from the Berkeley and Dorchester County Sheriff’s Offices conducted the sweeps on Monday and Wednesday, working together to identify and apprehend individuals with outstanding warrants.
Arrests and Charges
Sixteen people were taken into custody on a mix of misdemeanor and felony charges. The operation targeted offenders considered a threat to public safety.

Dorchester County Sheriff Sam Richardson said the sweeps “demonstrated the continued commitment of both agencies to aggressively pursue those who evade law enforcement.” Berkeley County Sheriff Duane Lewis highlighted the strong collaboration between the two agencies.
