Amanda Conner, the wife of former Teen Mom personality Ryan Edwards, has been arrested in Tennessee on charges related to allegedly driving under the influence while her baby was in the vehicle.
According to court records from Hamilton County, 35-year-old Conner was arrested on Sunday, May 24, by police in Chattanooga.
Charges Include DUI and Child Neglect
Reports state that Conner has been charged with driving under the influence, child abuse and neglect, and driving on the wrong side of the road.
Authorities reportedly set her bond at $16,000.
According to reports, if Conner posts bond, she must follow a no-contact order involving the child connected to the case until at least her next court appearance scheduled for June 3.
The order reportedly prevents her from being near the child or contacting the individual caring for the child.
911 Call Reportedly Made by Husband
In audio from a 911 call shared by media outlets, a dispatcher can reportedly be heard telling officers that a husband contacted police after his wife left with “their baby” in the car.
The dispatcher also reportedly stated that the caller believed his wife might be using narcotics because she refused to take a drug test.
No names were mentioned in the released audio.
Ryan Edwards and Amanda Conner Married in 2025
Ryan Edwards proposed to Conner in 2024, and the couple married in 2025 shortly after Edwards finalized his divorce from Mackenzie Standifer.
The couple share a 1-year-old daughter named Presley.
Edwards is also the father of Bentley, whom he shares with Maci Bookout McKinney from 16 and Pregnant. He also has two children, Jagger and Stella, with his ex-wife Mackenzie Standifer.
Court Records Show Previous Convictions
Court records reportedly show that Conner previously pleaded guilty in 2023 to DUI and possession of a controlled substance.
Reports also state she has prior convictions dating back to 2010 involving theft, marijuana possession, and failure to appear in court.
Ryan Edwards Previously Faced DUI Charges
Edwards himself has also faced legal issues in the past.
In 2023, he was arrested for allegedly violating probation terms connected to earlier DUI and controlled substance charges. Reports stated he later accepted a plea agreement that included jail time, fines, license suspension, and mandatory DUI classes.
