The Columbia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a suspect wanted for a violent armed robbery involving an elderly victim.
Suspect Wanted in Robbery of 92-Year-Old Woman
Jace S. Summers is facing charges of armed robbery, criminal conspiracy, and related offenses following a November 2025 robbery at a Wells Fargo on Harbison Boulevard.
Investigators say Summers robbed a 92-year-old woman during the incident.
Suspect’s Location and Vehicle Information
Summers is believed to be in the Broad River Road area of Columbia and Orangeburg County. Authorities also said he may be driving a gray 2015 Nissan Altima with South Carolina license plate 669BVD.
Police Urge Public to Provide Information
Columbia Police are urging Summers to turn himself in. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact CPD at 803-545-3500. Anonymous tips can also be submitted through Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
