North Charleston’s 22nd annual St. Patrick’s Day parade and block party drew hundreds to Park Circle in the Olde Village on Saturday, March 14, 2026. The family-friendly event featured a parade, live music, food vendors, drinks, and community activities like a kids’ zone.

Event Highlights

Vendors such as Caldwell Carleton praised the turnout for customer engagement since launching in South Carolina. Girl Scout leader Jessica Burns sold cookies to fund community programs. The celebration closed streets like East Montague Avenue from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with the parade starting at noon from Park Place East.

Community Role

Organized by the Park Circle Business Collective and North Charleston Cultural Arts Department, the free event emphasized local interaction. North Charleston Police Department participated, reinforcing its status as the Lowcountry’s largest St. Patrick’s Day gathering.
