North Charleston, South Carolina – The North Charleston Police Department is looking for a missing vulnerable man, the department announced Thursday.
David Chapman, 33, was last seen on Thursday, November 6, at the Midland Park Residential Home wearing a red shirt.
According to the department, he suffers from schizophrenia as well as another cognitive condition. Chapman has a history of walking away from the Midland Park facility.
