North Charleston, South Carolina – Authorities are investigating a complaint of’shots fired’ in a North Charleston area.
Officers from the North Charleston Police Department responded to Bordeaux Court in the Northwood Estates neighborhood around 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
According to authorities, witnesses reported that a vehicle drove up in front of a house, and when the driver began to leave, someone fired rounds at the vehicle.
According to witnesses, a passenger in the automobile returned fire.
There were no injuries recorded, and no one was detained in connection with the gunshot event. The investigation is underway.
