A man was fatally shot at a California wedding, and the suspect is at large, according to police

Authorities are looking for a guy accused of killing a man while attending a wedding in central California.

The Fresno County Sheriff’s Office announced it has issued a warrant for Salvador Rizo Pacheco, 53.

Police say they attended to a wedding celebration in Kerman, California, on Sunday, October 4.

The victim, 63-year-old Martin Tovar Zalazar, suffered severe injuries and was rushed to the hospital, where he died, according to the sheriff’s office.

Police did not disclose any additional details on what happened before Zalazar’s death or how they identified Pacheco as a suspect, but did say they examined witnesses.

Authorities also did not describe the injuries Zalazar had that resulted in his death.

Pacheco is 5’8″ tall and weighs 265 pounds, according to authorities. Authorities are asking the public for help in locating him.
